Carphone Warehouse “Walk out Working”
On Saturday, Carphone Warehouse’s new “Walk out Working” customer service programme was launched in the UK. The programme is designed to ensure that when customers leave, they do so with their mobiles completely set up and ready to go.
Dubbed “HAACS” within the company, Walk out Working focuses on handsets, contents, connections and services, as well as accessories. Through the programme, sales and service staff will walk customers through their new phone’s operating system, aid in setting up email, and get them registered with Carphone Warehouse’s cloud service, My Hub. Then they will direct them to other services, features and accessories which might be necessary or desirable and help them with those.
Of the new programme, the company’s UK managing director Matt Stringer had this to say:“We’ve found many of our customers are making the switch to smartphones as they become more and more affordable. Understandably, they often have questions about the advanced features they now have access to, which is why we’ve introduced Walk out Working across all of our stores. It’s the perfect way for us to demonstrate our extensive product knowledge and add value to customers by ensuring they know how to get the most from their new gadgets.”
Along with the new in-store programme, Carphone Warehouse is also creating the Walk out Working Help website. Currently under construction, once completed and fully online, the site will focus on providing helping customers with account, order, and delivery questions as well as provide technical support.
