CES 2013: Prepare For iPhone 5 Camera Accessories
I know many people are eagerly awaiting the CES this month, which starts tomorrow and runs up until the end of this week, and rightly so considering the amount of rumours that have been syndicated around the past few months. From a Smartphone point of view, we have the BlackBerry Z10 and Samsung Galaxy S4 waiting in the wings so it is set to be an exciting few days.
One of the main points for Apple iPhone 5 owners will be the news on the latest camera accessories that will be previewed during the event, as they are currently missing the lenses, cases, and apps that flourished with previous generations of the cult phone.
What Can We Expect to See?
I hope that along with all the concept ideas, which will have us all ohhing and ahhing, I like many would like to see some new gadgets that sport the Lightning Connector, such as your mini lenses, cases, and soon-to-be released apps that we loved on the iPhone 4 and 4S handsets.
Better still, it would be nice to see some video capturing apps. I know the latest YouTube Capture app was of interest to many people and you can see why.
On The Road
One of the latest innovations that will gain some interest is DreamGear’s i.Sound RoadTalk device, which will set you back around £60 – £70 and incorporates a microphone, FM transmitter, and Bluetooth connectivity so your phone conversations are piped through your car’s stereo. The device plugs directly into your cigarette lighter to draw power and there are controls on it for answering calls.
In a world where safety is becoming more and more dominant, and with the iPhone amongst the worst offenders when it comes to using a mobile phone when driving, this could cut down those stats.
What are you hoping to see at the CES this week?
