This is only for Android users, as the iOS doesn’t currently support this option.

We are using a HTC to do this, so it can vary on different makes and models of android.

Step 1. You will need to find the Call History icon in the menus screen, once you have found it tap it.

Step 2. This next screen will present you with a list of people that you have called, received calls from, and missed calls. Simply find the number you want to block and hold your finger down for a second or two until you get a pop-up.

Step 3. The pop-up will give you a couple of options; you want to locate the Block caller option. In our example you can see this is the second from the bottom.

Step 4. After tapping Block caller you will now be presented with a prompt asking you if you really want to block the number (If you change your mind at a later date we will show you how to unblock below). Tap OK.

How To Unblock a Phone Number

Step 1. Again, you need to be in the Call History option as talked about in Step 1 above. You will need to press the settings button on this screen (on the HTC Desire S we are using it is the second button in from the left after the home button). After pressing this you will get 3 options, these are View, Delete All, Blocked Callers. You want to tap the Blocked Callers option.

Step 2. This will show you a page of all your blocked callers on, find the one you want to unblock and hold your finger down on it, until you get a pop-up.

Step 3. The new pop-up will give you two options, Unblock caller or Add to contacts. All you need to do is press the Unblock caller option and that number will be able to get in touch again.
