It has been a while since I covered any type of court related topic that involved Apple; I think the last post must have been an Apple vs Samsung battle. However, I have learnt today that Apple have lost its slide-to-unlock gesture patent in the EU.
The ball got rolling last year when Apple won that injunction against Motorola Mobility, with that win under their belt they obviously felt very confident and went directly after Samsung who were using the same technology.… Read the rest
