Using the EcoURMobile website is easy and very user friendly and all you need to do to start the process of selling your phone to them is by searching for it. On the left hand side of their homepage you will see a search box and pull down box where you can identify your mobile phone either by make or model.

Once you have used EcoURMobile to find your mobile device then you will see a results page with the current prices that EcoURMobile are currently offering. If you are happy with the price then you can proceed to checkout, once here you will be asked to confirm your e-mail address and other credentials. The details you enter are purely for contact reasons, and for EcoURMobile to send you details of what you need to do next to send your mobile phone off to them.

When you have everything you need, and have received all the relevant details from EcoURMobile, you can send your phone off to them through the post. As soon as they have received it safely they will then notify you and send out your money.

Notes: Sometimes phone recyclers such as EcoURMobile will ask for an IMEI number, this is a unique number that is given to your mobile phone and has been brought in help recognise if a mobile phone has been reported stolen or not. To find your IMEI number simply enter *#06# into your phone.
