If your item fails our valuation process you can choose for us to recycle it absolutely free of charge or for a fee of £4.99 we can return it back to you by fully insured next day delivery, in some circumstances at our discression we may offer a re-valuation.If it is due to being reported lost or non payment of bill then you may request the unit is returned but must pay a handling and administration fee of £10.00.
