
The Asian manufacturer has announced it intends unveiling its first new smartphone of the New Year at the Consumer Electronics Show this month.

It has been reported that LG Electronics, maker of the LG Optimus is releasing a converter app which basically converts 2D images into 3D images without the need to wear appropriate glasses.

Have you ever had a problem with your mobile phone? Have you had to take it back to the shop for repair? Well this could be about to end, at least with LG handsets.

If you like LG phones then the news that LG have launched two new smartphones will delight you.

If you have been waiting to get your hands on LG’s 3D phone, then you are just going to have to wait a little longer. Although the new device was supposedly being shipped to the UK during the first half of this year, it is now expected to be here in July instead.

If you fancy getting your hands on one of the hottest and latest smartphones, then LG’s Optimus 3D handset is now available to pre-order. The web site buymobilephones.net is listing the product, which will be available on four of the UK networks at the moment, namely T-Mobile, Orange, Vodafone and O2. There is no mention of Three as yet but this is unlikely to be far behind.

Despite being announced earlier this year at the CES conference, nothing has been heard since of this new device – till now that is. However the LG Optimus Black is now believed to be arriving in Britain sometime this month, although the exact date isn’t known yet.

LG’s latest smartphone called the Optimus Big was launched officially recently. It had however previously been leaked onto the Internet.

A video of the new LG 3D Optimus smartphone was leaked online, however it won’t be officially revealed until the Mobile World Congress takes place in Barcelona on 14th February.

Analysts have discovered LG is preparing a European mobile swipe payment system. The company also says that they hope to have this fully operational by 2012.
