MilkMyMobile is a company that says you can 'milk' the most out of your old phone with its quotes. It buys and recycles a range of mobile phones, including iPhones and a small spread of other smartphones too. For certain handsets, its quotes are often some of the highest among UK mobile recyclers.
It's happy to buy mobiles that are used, broken, or damaged, and has handy tick boxes when you click through to recycle so you can get an accurate quote on your phone straight away. For instance, you can select whether the screen functions properly, whether the body is chipped, and so on.
Posting your phone to MilkMyMobile is free - though if you get a revised quote after sending your phone and aren't happy with the new price, the company won't cover postage to return your handset. Luckily its tick box system makes revisions less likely to happen.
It also offers same day payment by bank transfer or cheque, meaning it will send your money out the same day it receives and checks your old phone. There's even live tracking, so you can see what stage your phone is at once you've sent it off.
